What types of stone does Pazzi work with?
We work with premium stone materials: marble, granite, quartzite, travertine, limestone, onyx, and high-performance surfaces like Dekton and porcelain. .
Do you supply and install stone?
Yes - we provide full service: sourcing, measuring, drafting, CNC machining, hand fabrication, and professional installation.
How long does the process take?
Typical residential jobs take 2–3 weeks. Complex or multi-area projects may take 4–8 weeks. We confirm a timeline after measurement and design are finalised.
Can you help me choose the right stone?
Absolutely - we offer consultation, material samples, and design support to help you select based on look, performance, and lifestyle.
Do you offer custom fabrication and detailing?
Yes - we specialise in bespoke stonework including mitred edges, curves, integrated basins, book-matching, and more.
What measurement technology do you use?
We use advanced tools like Leica iCON iCS50 for millimetre-level accuracy in site measurement.
How do I care for stone surfaces?
It depends on the type: marble and limestone need regular sealing; granite/quartzite need less frequent upkeep; porcelain/Dekton are low maintenance. A full care guide is provided with every installation.
Do you take on commercial projects?
Yes - we work on both residential and commercial projects: kitchens, façades, lobbies, bathrooms, hotel/retail, and more.
Can you match existing stone?
In most cases - we source similar slabs and coordinate with quarries. But as natural stone varies, it’s best to review slabs in person for closest match.
