About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Stonemason Installer to join the Pazzi Marble & Granite team on a full-time, site-based basis across Melbourne metropolitan sites.
As the final guardian of quality on site, you will be responsible for installing premium natural stone work to a high standard and ensuring the finished result reflects the quality and craftsmanship Pazzi is known for.
You will work closely with site managers, builders, clients and the factory team to deliver professional, precise and high-quality installations.

What you will do
- Install benchtops, cladding, feature walls, fireplaces and other stone elements
- Accurately measure and check levels before installation
- Fit stone components before final fixing
- Use appropriate adhesives, sealants, brackets and finishing techniques
- Protect surrounding surfaces and finishes during installation
- Leave completed sites clean, tidy and professionally presented
- Identify and resolve on-site issues involving levels, tolerances and sequencing
- Communicate clearly with site managers, clients and the factory team
- Complete installation checklists and photographic records accurately on the same day
- Maintain tools, vehicle and personal presentation to Pazzi standards
- Follow all site safety requirements and workplace procedures
- Promptly escalate issues that cannot be resolved on site, providing clear and accurate information
What we need
- Proven experience installing natural stone
- Demonstrated experience installing stone benchtops
- Strong practical problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Physically fit and comfortable working on construction sites
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong commitment to safety and site requirements
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the wider team
- Driver's License
- White Card holder
Nice to have
- Experience installing a variety of premium natural stone applications
- Experience working directly with builders, site managers and clients
- Experience resolving installation issues involving levels, tolerances and sequencing
- Strong understanding of professional site presentation and handover
- Experience completing installation documentation, checklists and photographic records
